Margaret Mallows

After early success in my late teens, exhibiting and selling at the Mall Galleries in London life then became busy with work and family commitments. Forty odd years passed quickly without the time for much art, but I have been working full time on my art now for the last 3 years.

I taught myself lino printing and dry point etching. My speciality is hand made limited edition prints, also original paintings and drawings. These sell online, you can visit my shop to see my work at www.artfinder.com/margaret-mallows. I regularly publish new work. You can also find me on Instagram @margaret.mallows where I often post work in progress photographs – people like to see the process in making prints.

Inspiration for my art comes from life around me, and places I visit. I like to try different subjects and occasionally inject some humour into my work – art doesn’t have to be serious! My artwork has sold to many countries across the world. Buyers have come back to me with fantastic feedback, and purchased more of my work, and my art is currently in 17 different countries worldwide.
