Christine Withall

I continue to explore further shapes and forms. Adapting to change has altered how I react to the clay and textures. Still loving the abstract form I am now experimenting with alternative clays. Raku still excites and surprises me, and I enjoy the shared experience that Raku firing gives.

Please take a look at a selection of my ceramic pinch pots, maisons (small and tall) and African ladies that are currently for sale on the online Peterborough Gift Shop here.

During the weekends of 26th/27th June and 3rd/4th July I will be exhibiting with Kerry Richardson and Brian Withall.

On the weekend of 10th – 11th July I will be with Denise Brown at her studio (Grange Farm, Whittlesey, Benwick,  Cambridgeshire PE15 9XU) demonstrating Raku with Brian Withall.

I still find beauty and form in nature because it’s always changing. Abstract shape has so many possibilities when using clay. Raku is ongoing and still exciting.
