Exhibiting this year with The Gidding Group, I paint landscapes and cityscapes in watercolour and acrylic and I enjoy trying to capture colourful fleeting moments, though I do find that I’m drawn more and more to the beautiful mood stirring colours of dusk evening light.
I most often paint with artists’ watercolours, because I love the transparency of the colours, and the challenging unpredictability of the process suits my temperament!
The Gidding Group of artists are Paul Joseph-Crank, Sue Jarvis, Geoff Goddard, Justin Capp and myself who are exhibiting in Luddington, next door to PAOS artists Carry Akroyd and Gordon Monk.
We warmly invite you to visit. Together with our PAOS fellow artists we have parking, wonderful home baked cakes and refreshments in a beautiful garden – and loos!
