Through her unique drawing style, printmaking and painting Yasmin C Bradley expresses her delight in discovering extraordinary stories of people and places. Her long-adopted home is Folksworth, a small village located, however, close to a junction with the mighty Great North Road, the Great Fen project and Peterborough’s historical county, Northamptonshire. She celebrates the wonder of ancient trees; of much maligned fungi and often tiny but powerful native flowers commonly known as weeds. And growing her own vegetables! Her work is informed by her German/Czech maternal roots and the study of other languages and cultures.
Tutorials and demonstrations on request. Art-making. Community cafe with homemade cakes at the Village Hall. Open Gardens and a Flower Festival st St Helen’s (1st weekend)
